Ciracle is a Korean skincare brand that effectively takes care of the ABC of skin problems. Made with natural plant extracts, coming straight from Jeju Island, makes Ciracle a complete miracle! I’ve got to be honest, I didn’t know anything about this brand until my cousin got me their Jeju Volcanic Clay Mask and the Red Spot Cream from Singapore. It has been over a month since I have been using this mask and I am really happy to share my experience with you all!
The clay mask is designed for all skin types, essentially to tighten skin pores and when used over a period of time (in my experience), visibly reduces the appearance of pores and improves the quality of skin. Being clay based, I feel it makes the mask a thorough exfoliator. Moreover, natural extracts from plants add up to the skin friendly quotient. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this product is super gentle on me.
As you can see, the mask is dull white in color and it’s texture is thick. What I personally love about this mask is the smell! It’s almost therapeutic and so soothing, that it always makes me want to doze off and dream of Jeju Island when I have it on.
Moving on to the directions :
- Wash your face with a cleanser and pat dry.
- Apply a medium to thick layer of the product on your face with a brush or your fingers, and make sure to cover your problem areas (large pores and acne blemishes).
- Keep the mask on for about 30 minutes. I personally like to keep it on till the mask completely dries out. You might experience a tingling sensation but that is totally normal. However, make sure to not smile or laugh while you have this on, as you will not be able to! The mask is super tight when its dry.
- Wash your face with lukewarm water, and end the process with a cold splash.
This mask can be used once or twice a week depending on your skin’s need. Also, please keep in mind that you might not notice a visible change after your first use, but as you gradually use it, you shall notice an overall improvement in your skin’s texture, blackheads gone, dullness and pigmentation reduces to an extent, and most importantly, it will reduce the size of your pores which automatically reduces blemishes.
I highly recommend this product for Indian skin, as we are familiar to the concept of Multani Mitti. The Jeju Volcanic Clay mask is a super refined and friendly version as it contains ingredients like Kaolin, Volcanic Ash, Thujopsis Dolabrata Branch Extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Extract, Chamomilla Flower Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Mandanrin Orange Peel Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, etc. Designed to absorb sebum from our pores, this mask is amazing for acne prone skin (like myself!).
